• Good experience working as business analyst following Agile approach
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Perfect communication and presentation skills, client-facing
• Support of phase of development, of tests, of production
• Cooperation with external co-workers
• Fluent English
• Design Thinking facilitation
• Business Driven Development (BDD)
• Tools: Jira, Confluence

• Experience in equivalent positions
• Experience in banking domain

• Experience in an agile environment –collaborating with Product Owners and Scrum teams
• Backlog refinement –Defining Epics, Features, User stories and acceptance criteria
• Process modelling and storyboarding
• User interface specification
• Rules, data and interface specification
• Stakeholder engagement –e.g. business and technology SMEs to understand existing processes and systems
