    Responsabilitati

    - Mentinerea si dezvoltarea legaturilor cu clientii prin vizitarea acestora
    - Dezvoltarea si extinderea portofoliului de clienti
    - Analiza permanenta a zonei de vanzare si a cifrelor de vanzare (dever, marja, clienti top, etc.)
    - Evidentierea, urmarirea si castigarea proiectelor majore existente.
    - Aflarea necesitatilor clientilor si emiterea ofertelor.
    - Verificarea comenzilor clientilor, controlarea livrarii marfurilor catre clienti si urmarirea incasarii facturilor.
    - Negocierea contractelor si semnarea lor cu informarea in prealabil a superiorului.
    - Intocmirea rapoartelor solicitate de seful deptamentului
    - Suport in instalarea aparatelor prin furnizarea de informatii complete asupra clientilor sau ocazional prin livrarea lor
    - Suport in instalarea aparatelor prin discutii cu clientii referitor la indeplinirea conditiilor de instalare de catre client conform contractului
    - Respectarea procedurilor sistemului calitatii aplicabile departamentului si a politicii firmei.
    - Rezolvarea in sens pozitiv si in timp util a reclamatiilor clientilor.
    - Efectuare de prezentari si demonstratii de functionare.
