University degree in Engineering
Excellent HVAC domain knowledge
Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions
Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.
Good communication skills
English and French language proficiency
Ability to travel within Europe for some initial workshops, trainings or later on field projects

The Application Engineer will perform activities to adapt and / or harmonize hardware, software and operating system solutions, as well as existing applications designed to the real or estimated needs of users, in order to meet predefined requirements.
Design and Engineering of Honeywell Building Solution projects with the new Comfort Point Open system – a BACnet based solution including an engineering tool, library applications, a suite of different controller types and a building manager graphical front end
Supporting the European estimators to define the best system architecture and to pick the right library applications for a certain project
Submittal package preparation including sequences of operations, bill of materials, schematics and I/O lists
DDC Program generation, based on Global Library Standards and customer sequence of operations.
Data validation for consistency and quality (DDC, Data points, Graphics)
Supporting the European field engineers during commissioning, startup and service of the projects
Help on continuously improving the library (macros, applications, graphics) with feedback coming from the European projects
