    The Platforms & Technology – People Development Specialist will be part of an agile People Experience Team and will support eMAG Retail employees across the country with localized learning content.

    The pillars of the PX Team are:

    Understand the business processes, the profitability drivers and how they are connected with the KPIs. Promote and explain the importance of your internal clients KPIs;
    Understand how adults learn and use different learning methods that suit the client’s need;
    Act as an owner of all the learning products, delivering them from ideation to implementation and review;
    Iterate, fail and get feedback fast while shaping learning products for your client;
    Use data and psychological concepts to drive your decisions;
    Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

    What will you do in our team?

    The People Development Specialist works alongside the People Development Consultant to design & implement programs that enhance the employee experience & development of the Platforms & Technology team.

    Works on identifying onboarding and development needs together with the PD Consultant;
    Makes sure the admin side of things work smoothly so that all the learning experiences can happen at schedule;
    Keeps in touch with various internal & external suppliers to ensure a high-quality experience is delivered to our colleagues;
    Is involved in gathering the feedback necessary to improve the learning experiences implemented;
    Helps with organizing internal and external events such as Plat & Tech Talks and Tech Open Nights;
    Updates & tracks all digital channels (our learning portal and weekly and monthly newsletters).
