    Experience and competencies required

    1+ years of people management experience in a support role in a technical area
    2+ years of experience in implementation of technical projects
    Experience supporting a large-scale, multi-platform enterprise computing environment
    Drive decisions under pressure of incidents
    Business and partner management experience
    Understanding of standardized processes as per ITIL Service Operations framework
    Working knowledge of technologies as Vmware, Citrix, Microsoft SCCM, SCOM , Windows Administration is a plus.
    Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools is a plus


    Your responsabilities

    Supervises the day to day IT Operations team activities for the critical infrastructure systems
    Governs the support processes and ensures objectives related to Incident and Problem Management processes are met
    Drives automation of manual processes both in support and deployment activities
    Ensures implementation of best practices in industry for quick detection and mitigation of incidents.
    Owns the budget execution of technological refresh and expansion of local infrastructure with continuous focus on System Stability, Scalability and Business continuity
    Develop, Plan, Prioritize and Execution of new projects as per demand raised from other business or technology functions
    Provides technical consultancy in the team in a diverse landscape of technical platforms: Microsoft products, Vmware, Citrix, Proxy, Storage, Backup
    Manages the relationship with suppliers and performs regular service quality review meetings
    Advocates Continuous Improvement and Learn from Mistakes Culture
