University Degree (Engineer / Architect);
Minimum 3 years experience;
English at intermediate level;
Working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, AutoCAD.

Preparation and management of the tender process;
Overall supervision of Subcontractors’ civil works on Site;
Analyze the Subcontractors’ mobilization plans and ensure that they comply with the Client’s relevant requirements;
Check civil and building contractor Quality Assurance Plans against the Client requirements;
Organize, supervise and report to the Client on all inspections/tests to be carried out by independent authorities as required;
Prepare progress section of the Monthly Report for civil works;
Establish a construction logistics strategy and agree with the Subcontractors;
Execute control and technical supervision of the construction and installation works
Manage the timeliness and completeness of materials and equipment for incorporation into the Project.
Check compliance of the construction and installation works with the design solutions, construction norms and regulations, standard requirements, and technical conditions;
Check the completeness and availability of all necessary documents certifying the quality of structures, items, and materials used in the construction (technical passports, certificates, laboratory tests results, etc.);
Inform the Site Manager in the event of an emergency on the Project; Participate in the correction of latent defects arising during the warranty period of the Building.
