    Position Summary

    • Activation of couriers at the beginning of the program;
    • Monitoring the flow of orders, allocating them per courier in parallel with the automatic dispatcher to generate the most optimal routes;
    • Resolving crisis situations (customer, couriers, store);
    • Monitoring the lifting and delivery times of the orders;
    • Deactivating the courier at the end of the program;
    • Ensure the quality of the Tazz by eMAG service by maintaining an optimal relationship with our partners;
