The Internal Communication Senior Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing internal communications activities.
We are looking for a resourceful, analytic and creative person willing to support and engage the team members.
Let’s meet if you have these skills:
Education: University graduate (preferably Communication studies, Journalism, Public Relations ) Professional experience: 5 years;
Relevant and proven communications experience, preferably in internal communications;
Strong grammatical writing skills, with ability to develop clear, concise messages;
Passionate about writing;
Proven track record with written communication in English;
Experience of creating employee communications / newsletter / E-zines, intranet sites, using social media, etc;
Project management, relationship building and problem solving skills;
Strong attention to details.
What will you do in our team?
Supports the communication function by actively monitoring and developing on the internal communications plan;
Constantly feeds the internal channels and platforms by providing relevant content in an engaging way;
Act as an internal communication consultant for the business partners and internal departments;
Works under the guidance and direct supervision of the Internal Communications Manager;
Constantly searches and recommends relevant internal content for the target audience and improvement opportunities;
Ensure the internal communications style is aligned with the eMAG brand promise and personality;
Partner with the HR function to ensure all the people related communications are integrated, joined up and accessible to employees;
Bring eMAG employer brand to life through internal and external communications;
Align and partner with the Marketing function to provide relevant brand content and CSR activities to the employees;
Manage all internal communications platforms, edit newsletters / E-zines, intranet sites;
Organize internal employee meetings and employer brand events;
Involve in special HR related projects, as needed;
Support the relation with Advertising agencies, Online agencies, Multimedia Production companies, Creative Boutiques and other external suppliers;
