You will be responsible for:
o Responsible for preparing the list of vehicles that benefit of incentive and credit note from previously delivery month. Request and maintain a clear view regarding incentives and credit notes from the dealers.
o Responsible for maintaining and managing dealer demo car park. To ask and check monthly the test drives from dealers. To look and provide information regarding need of allocating new demos according to demo policy.
o Management of the weekly and monthly retail reports from dealers. Monitoring of the data accuracy received from the dealers and management of the weekly and monthly forecast.
o Defines different reports from CRM and Wings in order to track the vehicle stock, production pipe-line per model, unique customers per dealer. Define a report from CRM with a clear picture regarding offers and closed offers.
o Follow-up on the customers’ down-payment with each dealer on weekly and monthly basis.
o Administrative support for the retail department in terms of: mail, invoices, payments.
Contract period: limited for 1 year, hiring through leased personnel
