Desired skills & Experience:
University degree in a technical or economics area;
Any type of certification in customer service would be an advantage;
Minimum 3 years’ experience;
Knowledge of customs legislation;
We are very interested in proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude;
Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork;
Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment, team-player mindset;
Decision-making & problem-solving skills';
Computer skills : (MS Office), SAP program;
Excellent English knowledge language (writing and speaking).
Taking the orders: check customer demands and analyze the orders;
Registers customer orders in our system (SAP) and confirm to the customers the best delivery date and give them a clear and effective solution.
Informs the customers about all of changes in delivery schedules.
Assures and coordinates the internal transport and export for all customer orders;
Making commercial invoices and all documents necessary for them according to our legal requirements;
Maintains SAP data on: customer orders, system parameters, commercial conditions, forms, sales prices, etc.
Updated the long-term sales plan according to the data provided by the sales representatives.
Making daily/monthly necessary reports;
Manage customer relationships with a complete, timely and clear communications.
