Purchasing Analyst

•Qualification for/ economical college;
•Fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening) / German speaker medium level;
•Excel skills;
•SAP knowledge is a plus;
•Communicative and organized person, involved and determined;
•Previous experience in a multinational company is a plus.

•Processing the order confirmation and the delivery dates in the purchase orders;
•Maintaining the supplier data base, perform all the necessary supplier changes according to the specific procedures;
•Processing incoming discrepant invoices in terms of price;
•Involvement in the handling of purchasing processes for the specialized areas concerned and responsibility for master data administration;
•Obtaining and evaluating quotations and participating in price negotiations in agreement with the superior and structuring appropriate prices;
•Participating in international material group management workshops.
