    As a HRIS Analyst you will be a part of a global team and report into leadership within the United States.

    You will support a range of projects, designing system enhancements and supporting various HR systems. You will also research and resolve complex issues and work directly with other functional teams as well as working directly with employees and management at times. Responsibilities include HR systems administration, data and interface management, project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training and change management. The role will also complete special projects and other duties as assigned independently.

    What you bring to the table

    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field required.
    Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with heavy focus on compensation, HR data analysis, and/or HR systems.
    Demonstrated strong English verbal and written communication skills.
    Experience using various electronic HR systems, including administration, configuration, integration and reporting. Experience using ADP/SAP HR a plus.
    High-level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data
    Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel including pivot tables and formulas.
    Developed sense of customer service.
    Ability to interact with stakeholders and respond effectively to inquiries and concerns in a professional and positive manner.
    Energetic self-started with keen analytical skills and the ability to problem solve in a logical manner.
    Ability to bring issues to full resolution.
    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects.
    Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment.
    Comfortable working and learning independently, including online research/learning.
    Experience championing customer service initiatives and consistently seeking proactive ways to support customers; facilitating team discussions and team building activities as needed.
    Provide reporting training for end users and provide stakeholder enablement whenever possible.
    Identify change management issues as they pertain to process improvement and proactively address them.
    Act as an HR data steward, ensuring adherence to governance standards and proactively identify and work to have the issues corrected.


    Key Responsibilities

    Maintain strong working relationship with global team.
    Lead/manage small to medium projects, simultaneously.
    Develop project definition in partnership with business sponsors. This includes identifying scope, constraints, deliverables, timelines and leading project implementations, facilitating project status meetings and ensuring status updates are complete.
    Identify problems; serve as liaison with application vendors on problem resolution, application changes, and new functionality implementation.
    Represent the company’s best interest in relation to vendor management.
    Identify, remove and resolve key barriers/issues and manage resolution through technology, process or other innovative solutions.
    Assists users in the creation of queries and reports to select and compile information from the HRIS system as needed, including completing all required compliance reporting.
    Work independently to discover and resolve underlying issues.
    Serves as liaison and works closely with HR, Payroll and Finance staff with respect to salary/payroll matters.
    Gather HRIS data using reporting tools or by creating data collection templates.
    Perform analysis on HRIS data to ensure system is properly recording specific metrics.
    Work with internal customers to clarify and resolve data and process related questions.
    Prepare complex reports and summarize findings in presentations in response to requests from the business.
    Champion data integrity through routine audits, testing and training.
    Provide high quality customer service to internal customers.
    Provide system support and answer internal and external inquiries as appropriate.
    Investigate and document processes including the development and maintenance of communications, policies, user manuals, and support materials as needed.
    Assist with defining requirements, testing, and implementation of data interfaces including input/output control procedures and error resolution.
    Consult with internal customers to evaluate needs and provide solutions.
    Assist in testing and implementation of on-going system migrations and process changes.
    Partner with IT and other functional teams in requirements gathering & testing.
