    Requirements

    Requirements:

    -Expertise and knowledge in the digital space, including latest trends and technologies
    -Relevant experience in Project management for web/ mobile applications development
    PMP/ SCRUM/ SAFe certification and 3+ years of experience managing SCRUM projects
    -Proven experience in utilizing Design thinking and Change Management techniques to drive value for customers
    -Proven experience working in globally distributed virtual teams
    -Proficiency in English is a must

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    -Manages a portfolio of digital products and its evolution by partnering with the System Architects, Business Owners, IT/ Technical development teams
    -Provides Digital leadership to the team and the broader organization.
    -Manage projects portfolio priorities and budget.
    -Communicates strategic process decisions and plans, program status, and issues and workarounds to achieve alignment with the top level of the business, function, or region.
    -Leads internal or external programs with significant complexity and risk, provides feedback on programs, and conducts regular retrospectives.
    -Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
    -Create high level architectures of requested solutions and manage software delivery with development teams
    -Leads efforts to utilize Agile (SCRUM, SAFe) project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches. Identifies the need for new processes as well as significant improvements to major processes and drives their development and implementation.
    -Executes Agile (SCRUM, SAFe) project management delivery and mentorship to the project teams
    -Performs Agile maturity assessments and creates action plans for various groups / organizations needing coaching.
