Presales Business Analyst

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support for Applications in similar or related industry
Minimum 1 year experience as a business analyst for software projects (Jr. BA)
Excellent communication and customer facing skills
Good presentation skills
Good organizational skills
Experience in working as part of an Agile teamStructured and systemic thinking

Provide technical support to Sales representative prior to customer meeting
Coordinate with Technology team for assessing feasibility and for identifying the most sustainable approach to customer’s needs
Compile technical proposal together with the Technology team
Work closely with Sales representatives for assembling the final materials for customers
Act as the liaison between the Sales team and the Technology team whilst being affiliated to both
Attend customer meetings together with Sales representative
During customer meetings adjust the technical response to the selling pitch
Compile the technical response to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs
Disseminate the conclusions extracted during customer meetings to the Technology team
