    Interes pentru a invata despre industria de ceasuri de lux si dorinta de a dobandi cunostinte solide despre ceasuri si mecanismele lor;
    Abilitate tehnica si dexteritate manuala;
    Capacitate de a comunica si de a construi o relatie empatica cu clientul, adaptabilitate si promptitudine;
    Orientare catre rezultat si spirit de echipa;
    MS Office si cunostinte de utilizare a social media;
    Engleza conversational.

    Responsabilitati

    Mentinerea unei interactiuni placute cu clientii, atat fata in fata, cat si prin telefon, e-mail, chat;
    Inregistrarea solicitarilor clientilor, preluarea ceasurilor si tratarea fiecarei piese orologere cu cea mai mare grija;
    Evaluarea defectelor si estimarea costurilor de reparatie;
    Schimbarea curelelor sau modificarea bratarilor;
    Pastrarea legaturii cu clientii si informarea lor privind etapele reparatiei efectuate de catre tehnicieni, astfel incat clientii sa fie constant la curent cu progresul procesului de reparatie.
