Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Our associates give great importance to innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology. Your contribution to something big:

• Responsible for the running of the process in the right parameters and continuous improvement of the process parameters;
• Responsible for correctly applying the legal norms, Bosch norms and health and safety criteria in the interventions or definition of processes;
• Defines and describes processes: creates parameters forms based on analyses and tests or the experience from lead plant or specifications received from the supplier;
• Applies tests, knowledge drawn from lessons learned, documents and keeps the history of the tests;
• Defines the list of spare parts and the standard for technical maintenance for improvements of the machine, but also transfers the information to the TEF department for the order;
• Responsible for preparing the necessary documentation/ obtaining the process assimilation;
• Responsible for creating standards for the production lines;
• Has permanent contact with the international production network;
• Defines and tracks process/production parameters and the technical cycle of the process;
• Analyses the process deviations and minimizes the impact of those;
• Calculates TEK (technical capacity) according to norms;
• Implements the standard from the lead plant referring to processes from his/hers area o activity;
• Defines and improves according to knowledge from the production department, but in accordance to legal norms, Bosch norms and QDC (Quality Delivery and Cost);
• Defines and improves the technical base of the team's analyses or audits from clients;
• Maintains permanent contact with the suppliers for improvement ideas regarding processes;
• Comes with proposals for improvement on processes/production lines according to the implementation policy or directly from the hierarchic superior;
