Junior Buyer with German – Timisoara or Iasi (relocation package included)

- Bachelor Degree in business administration, economics, engineering or related;
- Internship experience in procurement – advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluency in English;
- Good written and oral communication skills in German (at least B2);
- Good negotiation, persuasion and diplomatic skills.

We are looking for a Junior Buyer with german – experience is not required, but motivation to join Procurement domain is . You’ll learn how to handle the entire life-cycle of procurement from quote to supplier payment for assigned orders. We expect you to act as the communication link between internal customers and suppliers to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.

- Determines and develops appropriate sources of supply and maintains cooperative working relationships with vendors to stay current with trends, technologies, products, and services;
- Timely and accurate review of all submitted PRs (purchase requests) and conversion to POs (purchase orders) for product and services ;
- Understanding critical items and services, and developing and implementing strategies to mitigate supply risks;
- Reviews requisitions, contacts vendors, examines bids and initiates contracts;
- Preparation and execution of negotiations with local and regional suppliers, take buying decisions in cooperation with procurement manager and building long-term relations;
- Reduces cost, increases quality, and improves service by reducing the number of suppliers and consolidating purchasing power (supplier rationalization);
- Evaluates supplier performance and helps drive performance improvements.
