    Responsabilitati

    Analistul Financiar-Contabil oferă asistență Managerului de Contabilitate în privința activităților de contabilitate în conformitate cu normele locale și ale Grupului.
    Se ocupă de formatul, introducerea, verificarea, controlul, calitatea și coerența tranzacțiilor si evidențelor contabile din domeniul său de responsabilitate.
    Se asigură că aceste activități sunt conforme cu regulile Grupului și respectă legislația țării și că aceste informații sunt puse la dispoziție în intervalele de timp definite pentru întocmirea declarațiilor financiar.

    Aceasta colaborare este pe durata determinata, cu un contract pe doi ani.

    Responsabilitati principale:

    Managementul operational la nivel de companie al relatiei cu bancile externe si cu institutiile financiare ale Grupului;
    Interfata dintre companie - CESP Trezorerie - bancile locale pe toate fluxurile financiare si de trezorerie;
    Managementul relatiei financiare cu furnizorii in stransa cooperare cu departamentul Achizitii si prestatorul extern (Conduent);
    Managementul batch-urilor de plata automate (ajustare, validare plati automate, etc);
    Coordonare si suport pentru platile manuale la nivel de societate (colaborare cu celelalte departamente si uzine);
    Centralizarea si prelucrarea informatiilor cu privire la importuri si TVA-ul amanat in vama;
    Managementul raportarilor catre Banca Nationala a Romaniei si Institutul National de Statistica;
    Rol activ in derularea auditului financiar extern Statutar si Group;
    Coordonarea / participarea la proiecte transverse in cadrul companiei pe diferite tematici cu impact financiar si de trezorerie;
    Control intern.
