    Requirements



    Your profile should tick the following requirements:

    - 1-2 years of relevant experience (eg. reporting, controlling, auditing)

    - Very good excel skills;

    - Self-motivated and self-managed

    - Good planning and organizing skills

    - Project, outcome and client focused

    - Willingness to take on extra responsibility, if needed

    Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities would be:

    - Gathers and organizes data to create management reports from various systems

    - Reviews data to ensure accuracy and completeness for reports

    - Ensures that management reporting requirements are fully implemented and met

    - Performs monthly reviews of significant P&L line items in order to ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of reported figures

    - Reviews day-to-day processes of data entry by discussing with staff, users and management to develop requirements to create new reports or revise current reports

    - Makes suggestions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of current reporting processes

    - Maintains knowledge of technology and systems to ensure proficiency

    - Stays abreast of changes in reporting needs to make updates to standard reports

    - Develops and provides expertise for assigned functional areas/systems and processes towards team and business partners

    - Applies state of the art analytical tools, as available within the group

    - Consults with different departments/business units to respond to ad hoc reporting requests/needs

    - Creates presentations to communicate data in visual and written formats using online tools

    - Active support in ad-hoc projects
