    Previous experience in production / automotive field;
    Experience in an electronics company is preferred;
    University Degree;
    Very good knowledge of English;
    Good SAP knowledge; (MM) is an advantage;
    Very good PC skill;
    Excellent communication skills and planning abilities;
    Excellent problem solving skills and result oriented.


    Planning, controlling and monitoring complex deliveries of a comprehensive range of purchased parts according to requirements and schedule;
    Checking complex requirement notices regarding the quantities, dates and descriptions with the support of the system
    Monitoring delivery dates (deadline follow-up, guarantee), involving the internal posts responsible.
    Updating logistics material master data, taking into account defined targets (e.g. safety stock level) for purchased parts in agreement with internal posts;
    Checking safety stock levels, batch sizes, lead times and correcting the stored data
    Responsibility for the stock levels of a complex parts spectrum
    Involvement in the optimization of the supply chain within the context of departmental specifications
    Developing and understanding the supply system
    Keeping a good relationship with the suppliers
    Accomplishing the MRP - Material Planning System: giving new orders to the suppliers based on the existing demand and respecting the suppliers production time, following the evolution of the customer's request and ensuring the production materials, in due time
    Following and triggering the material order changes, that impact the MRP: informing the management on time, through the established process
    Following the evolution of the excess and of the material stock that has not been used
    Solving, in due time, the financial discrepancies concerning the received and ordered quantities
