    Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

    Job Description

    Your contribution to something big:

    • Contributes to the increase of the productivity by optimizations and rational use of the resources in the production line;
    • Performs production related duties to ensure that production meets the required standards and quality rules for all products
    • Maintain a high level and improve the quality of the line, improves or eliminates certain processes;
    • Creates or edit working standards (e.g 5S, TPM) work instructions, performs process confirmation;
    • Organize and planning production capacities;
    • Track actions and processes of improvement;
    • Ensures continuity of production by coordinating the key players in the production line (point of use provider, team leader, shift leader, scrap analyzer)
    • Manages the correct use of stocks of raw materials and FG materials;
    • Manages the correct use of auxiliary materials for production;
    • Preparing the release documents for existing projects (production lines, part number, products)
    • Ensures that all tools, equipment and software (set-up MES) necessary for production are available for the products`s manufacturing;
    • Describe problems and possible causes or give inputs from the production line in order to solve internal and external defects;
    • Responsible to recruit the personnel;
    • Defines a training plan and/ or delivers the trainings already defined in order to ensure working according to standards;
    • Gives support, train and coach team leaders/ shift leaders for evaluation of direct employees, according with internal procedures;
    • Conduct regular meetings with team leaders, shift leaders, direct employees;
    • Actively participate (prepares data, presentations) for the customer visits;
    • Organize and is responsible for results of the meetings for FMEA and the control plan;
    • KPI responsible for the lines assigned, makes reports of the level of losses of products and materials and the measures applied to their reduction;
    • Responsible for the document control;
    • Responsible for the fulfillment of the duties of the employee under his /her direct subordination, as well as for the compliance with the rules of consumption of raw materials, materials and energy;
    • Is member or coordinates the internal networking of professionals - e.g Problem solving team. Contributes to increasing productivity by optimizing and rational use of resources in the production line;
    • Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position, with a temporary character, set by the hierarchical superior.
