Web QA Expert

Experience with web testing, quality assurance and/or customer support
Ability to process complex briefings into sub-tasks, handle potentially complex issues to resolution
Ability to act as a proactive member in a highly distributed and specialized team
High level of attention while performing standard tests and monitoring
Very good English written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Self-started who works well in a team or independently
Team spirit and team work with a can do mindset
Ability to use time effectively and prioritizes his/her tasks appropriately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Some experience in any Agile software development/documentation tool (Jira / Confluence)
Ability to respond well under projects deadline pressure

Nice to have
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch
Experience with web automation frameworks, web (performance) monitoring frameworks, anomaly detection within tracking solutions
Experience with complex system setups, debugging across domain / team boundaries

Write test cases based on the requirements; Propose improvements where needed
Organize and execute test plans
Monitor, review, centralize the test results and prepare reports
Execute manual and automated testing for web applications and also native mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms
Report defects in a bug tracking system, verify resolved bugs and create test reports with dedicated tools
Participate in the kick-off and retrospective meetings, and provide feedback
