What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience to carry out full wind yield assessments with the

latest procedures.

• Layout and measurement campaign design

• Site suitability and wind turbine technology

• Capability to draft procedures applicable worldwide.

• Negotiation and coordination capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, be a self–starter, energetic

• Structured and service-minded approach, always focusing on delivering high-quality results

• Ability to complete small projects or portions of large projects on time.

• Ability to thrive in an international and often hectic environment – lives the ENEL values

• Project finance capabilities will be considered.

• Wind Resource assessment tools: OpenWind, WAsP, WindPro, Windsim, Windfarmer, Windographer, Excel, Global Mapper, Surfer, etc.

• Microsoft Office & Autocad.

• GIS (Geographic Information System) is a plus

• Driving license

• Excellent English language skills (both in writing and speaking).

• Degree in engineering, physics or environmental studies (provided experience in wind resource assessment)

• Matlab and/or others programming languages is a plus

• Min. 1-3 years’ experience in renewable energy consultants, OEMs or developers.

Mission: to enhance capabilities and increase resources of the Wind Center of Excellence team. Working in multiple projects over the course of the year to provide technical support throughout the development, procurement and construction phases of a wind projects.

Specific activities:

• Coordination with OEMs to provide and align documentation for Site Suitability and site specific power curves.

• Alignment and verification of the climatic conditions stated in the site suitability.

• Negotiation with OEMs the technical part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

• Collaboration with Procurement during negotiation of the Turbine Supply Agreement

• Collaboration with other project stakeholders to minimize LCoE.

• Engage consultants at different project stages to outsource some activities as well as oversee them.

• Draft technical specifications for framework agreements.

• Draft internal guidelines to improve procedures.

• Concise and precise communications to board members during Investment Committees decisions.

• Technical support during phases of M&A and financing.

• Lead technical discussions with consultants during financing and BSO (Built Sell and Operate)
