- Experience as a Technology/IT recruiter, either in-house or at a recruitment agency
- Experience sourcing and placing various tech functions (Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, Project Manager, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of Romania Tech/IT market, ongoing salary levels, and market drivers
- Some understanding of the major tech stacks used in the market (Java, .Net, SQL, DevOps, etc.)
- Expertise in direct sourcing techniques and effective assessment approaches
- Advanced stakeholder relationship management skills
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness
- Fluency in English and native Romanian to interact daily with both local and international stakeholders

- Run end to end recruitment for your portfolio, and deliver first class recruitment service to number of hiring managers
- Drive sourcing, manage and assess candidates to match them to our requirements
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high-quality cv's
- Manage external recruitment activities – e.g. university/graduate recruitment or career fairs
- Analyze and provide insights on local market situation to the hiring managers with recommendations for actions
- Find the best match for given roles and apply the most effective recruitment strategy
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System database
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Lead strategic recruitment related projects
