    • Independent thinking and a proactive attitude
    • Cold-calling/sales related experience
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
    • Proficiency in English and in another language according to the geographic region covered
    • Knowledge of CRM platform would be a plus


    • Working closely with Client Executives/Sales Directors to offer Business Development and operational support throughout the whole sales cycle; presales support and after sales support activities
    • Prospect sourcing and profiling by using a series of internet sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, Google search)
    • Building company profiles, including a comprehensive business description, organizational charts and financial data
    • Monitoring press releases and creating newsletters regarding industry trends and movements, client strategies and news, to be continuously informed about growth opportunities
    • Lead generation and client relationship initiation through cold-calling and sales campaigns
    • Planning, executing and monitoring sales campaigns and ensuring follow ups
    • Preparing marketing material (collateral generation) such as presentations, cheat sheets, thought starters
    • Key account management support and assistance in building sales strategies through client mapping, opportunity trackers, key account plans, CRM management, accounts receivable.
    • Working closely with other departments to insure all the legal details related to client engagements
    • Assisting and helping the regional sales manager in all activities to achieve the sales goals
    • Handing internal communication with different departments and solution architects to help the regional sales manager in his role
    • Supporting the regional sales manager in handling the sales support team (recruitment, trainings, etc)
