BAT ROMANIA IS LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR ANALYST ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WITH ENGLISH

FUNCTION: Finance

LOCATION: Bucharest, Romania



ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of GBS ENA – Finance function.

Reports to: Team Lead

Reporting Level: Team Lead

Geographic Scope: Western Europe



WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time.
Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines.
Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues.
Recommend operational improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.
