    Responsabilitati

    Support the local Sales Services team in their daily activity
    General administrative activities based on the daily office needs
    Main tasks will especially refer at:
    Support /Upload forecasts on the Atlas sales forecasting systems in a timely manner ensuring the business can see when stock is needed by Customers
    Monitor orders and shipments to ensure the right stock is being ordered
    Co-ordinate with line manager for communication to the Customer of the specific required information
    Support the Sales team to deliver quality, accuracy and timeliness in forecasting for all activations, promotions and launches by Customer
    Reporting and drafting specific files: listing articles, stock and sell-out reports, specific analysis, translations, labels
    Collecting data from the clients or other departments, drafting reports, sending to the clients or other departments a variety of requested information regarding the products or any other necessary data
    Clerical tasks: arrange travels including flights, tickets reservation, hotels, office supply, correspondence and courier documents and packages
    Sets-up meeting rooms, arrangements for different events or meetings
    Take responsibility for achieving excellent levels of delivery of all tasks requested and excellent customer service/customer satisfaction when dealing with all Customers, both internally and externally
