Day to day work involves 20% Voice – 80% Non-Voice Split

Responsibilities: (Voice)
• Process Outbound Call to validate Importer Information
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Responsibilities: (Non-Voice)
• Data Key Entry (financial transactions, customer information, inventor)
• Data update (Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records)
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
• Verification of Financial and Commercial Documents
• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders

What we offer :
• Salary: 2800 ron net

Working Hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00
