Credit & Collection Specialist

• Good proficiency in English language, both written and spoken levels;
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Credit & Collections role;
• Very good Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Word);
• Project Management skills;
• Postgraduate Degree.

• Preparing and leading the internal credit and collection meetings, aligning with the Sales force on payment disputes;
• Ensure the optimum level of collection according to the agreed KPI’s;
• Holding collection and credit reviews;
• Defining and implementing the bad debt strategy along with the company’s stakeholders;
• Documents preparing and legal claims against bad debt customers follow-up;
• Evaluating and follow-up responsibility on bad debt reversal and write-off;
• Defining customers credit limit and maintaining adequate controls to appropriately manage the risk;
• Monthly credit & collection report fulfilling;
• Providing qualitative information over the data and corrective actions to be implemented;
• Detecting exceptions in credit limit, payment terms or others, alerting the CFO and GM on the deviation.
