    Requirements

    Skills Required:

    • 2 years+ of working experience in IT recruitment;
    • Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Proactive, positive team player who is adaptable, flexible, and able to view challenges and risks as opportunities for growth and improvement;
    • Strong online research/sourcing skills;
    • Very good ability of set priorities and take action facing competing demands;
    • Dynamism and creativity;
    • Higher education Bachelor/ MSc;
    • Very good English skills.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Main focus on IT&C industry, working on various types of projects with different levels of seniority;
    • Sourcing candidates by utilizing a variety of search methods: internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, cold calling, referral gathering and other strategies to identify talent, attract them for immediate openings and to build a pipeline for future opportunities;
    • Conducting initial screens to qualify candidates and sell the company’s opportunity. Performing a thorough vetting of a candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and salary expectations and understanding the candidate’s barriers/objections;
    • Maintaining and fostering relationships with interested applicants and keeping candidates regularly informed of the status of their application;
    • Conducting interviews using various selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
    • Maintaining a clear status of all the applicants and candidates in the database;
    • Following the recruitment plan contributing to the achievement of the hiring objectives.
