    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    Graduate in Computer Science or similar field;
    Previous experience in IT application development or implementation;
    Previous experience in working on different types of servers (IIS, Apache, Linux, different types of cloud environment, SAP servers, database servers) is a plus;
    Coding skills is a plus ( C#, Java, etc);
    Previous experience in industry specific tools and applications is a plus, especially Robotic Process Automation;
    Skills required: process minded, great presentation and communication skills;
    Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory;
    Fluency in any other languages is a plus;
    Available to travel Local or International for short periods;
    Minimum 1 year experience in a client-facing role.

    Responsabilitati

    Build and deliver custom made industry specific IT solutions & demos for prospects and existing clients;
    Create strong value propositions;
    Ensure delivery of customer requests during sales cycle;
    Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value;
    Design high level solutions to fit client needs and environment during the deal process;
    Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process;
    Be an evangelist of RPA automation tools & other technologies by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution;
    Learn the benefits of new exciting technologies and how to integrate within client requirements;
    Develop automation robots for industry specific usage;
    Develop workflows and projects for specific use cases by integrating with different application and products;
    Strong business process minded thinking, problem solver and solutions oriented.
