    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development;
    • Strong programming and at least basic OOP skills;
    • Ideally experience with the application of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism and Kofax Kapow 10.4 or Kofax version 11 will be a plus;
    • Ideally experience with Power Automate is a nice to have;
    • Knowledge of a skripting language;
    • Experience with programming of web or native desktop applications;
    • Demostrated experience though all phases of the RPA technology life cycle, including project planning, requirements defination, architecture design, build/configuration, testing and operational transition on windows platform and adhering to a structured and documented methodology;
    • Microsoft technology( VB, . NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services);
    • Experience in identifying process improvements and beneficial usage of technology will be a plus;
    • Ability to work effectively in a customer driven environment and as a team player;
    • Flexibility and independent work ability; ability to inspire others, i.e. confidence and initiative, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude;
    • Advanced analytical and communication skills and problem-solving skills, analyze of new process automation candidates, quickly assessing the feasibility and accurately estimate the development effort;
    • Strong business, system acumen and customer service orientation;
    • Willingness to travel overseas for meetings and workshops in case needed;
    • Fluent spoken and written English. German language skills will be a plus;
    Main tasks and responsibilities:
    • Develops the automation workflows (Tools and Software);
    • Supports business analysts with design and the operational teams during UAT;
    • Conducts technical tests and report issues to third level support (RPA vendor) if incidents cannot be solved by the internal team; 
    • Implements full test automation if needed;
    • Supports regression tests, ensure development fix, unit testing and production deployment preparation;;
    • Supports RPA business analyst with documentation
    • Supports lead developer with all of his tasks, e.g. with conducting code reviews, with maintaining central components, etc;
    • Provides 2rd level support for implemented use cases;
    • Experience in BPO/ SSC environment, especially in Accounts Payables, Account Receivable and General Ledger (Nice to have);
    • Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module (Nice to have);
    • Capable of connecting databases sources like Oracle DB, MS SQL, MySql, cvs and xml files etc. (Mandatory);
    • Should be able to convert business rules into objects/technical requirement and run the same on data extracted from various resources;
    • Support VBA change request and bug fix of VBA, RPA, Power Automate, Power BI. Transform VBA’s into other tools such as Power Automate or Kofax RPA and other new edge technologies;
    • Experience in developing Pivot tables, charts and processing data from various resources is a must;
    • Perform process reviews to identify and drive implementation of improvement ideas – working closely with business stakeholders;
