PPAP Engineer

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in the technical field;
• 3-5 of experience in production, or automotive field;
• Knowledge of Quality Core Tools (PPAP / FMEA / Control Plan / APQP / SPC);
• Ability to coordinate, monitoring, and accurate data communication;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Advanced English language skills.

• Preparing PPAP documentation;
• Responsible for the conformity of the realized product, the perceived quality, and the traceability of any parts delivered to the client during the whole phases of product development;
• Testing and validating team proposes and finding solutions to solve the quality problems that appeared in the process and defining the Control Plan;
• Following-up risk assessment of the ongoing project, using FMEA, feasibility calculation, tolerance, PPM, and other special features;
• Performing process audits according to the specifications received from the client, audits with the client and OEM for each project;
• Reporting the status of each project is required and participating in PFMEA meetings;
• Performing 8D analysis;
• Planning and executing the product audit;
• Performing continuous improvement audits (7QB, PQA)
• Elaborating and sending of PPAP documentation in the client portal (ex: BeOn / ePPAP).
