Quality Assurance Coordinator

- Proven experience of min. 3 years in a similar position within FMCG, preferably Foods Industry;
- Chemistry or Foods Engineering degree;
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance;
- Analytical and results oriented;
- Team player with strong leadership skills;
- Advanced computer knowledge (SAP, Microsoft Office);
- Fluent in English;

- Ensures constant quality of finished products in accordance with our specifications, relevant Quality policies, Quality standards & EU/Romanian food legislation;
- Manage customer and consumerclaims and minimize resolution time by increasing communication between different departments;
- Performs root cause analysis for every nonconformity, propose & implement preventive and corrective actions;
- Identify, address and discuss quality issues and propose solutions with relevant functions;
- Maintaining SAP Q module;
- Conduct quality trainings for employees;
- Collaborates with all other departments to ensure support from quality perspective;
