Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:
-minimum 2 year of work experience in HR Admin preferably in recruitment and staffing agencies
-open personality: likes interacting with people, interested in others, a real team-player;
-bright and sharp mind with a "go-getting'' attitude and assertive communication;
-energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach;
-negotiation skills with a consultative approach;
-university degree;

-developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and offering Human Resources administration support;
-prepare the legal required documents for employment contracts initiation and closure;
-updating files with employees;
-helping clients through e-mail, phone, online calls and in person meetings in payroll, HR, labor legislation issues;
-serve as the point of contact for all employee matters and provide guidance to the employees;
-preparing different HR, payroll, statistic reports for accounting and auditing purposes;
-update all the employment changes related to the individual labor
