Technical Support Engineer (CI/CD skills)

Vauban has over 450 employees who provide, from the service centers in Bucharest, Pitesti and Constanta, IT consulting services, infrastructure and software development services, digital services, solutions for Smart City.
Responsibilities and technical skills:
Daily activities - technical support during business Hours in case of incidents occurred on Data & AI service platforms, in order to restore the affected services and to implement scheduled and emergency changes.
Involvement in transversal projects and activities for:
Technical solution definition
Acceptance strategy, operational testing
Implementation of automation/monitoring mechanisms
Systems monitoring and supervision.
CI/CD management and automation
DevOps (Jenkins, Grafana, Docker, MLFlow etc.)
ETL tools (Informatica or ODI or DataStage), Oracle DB, SAS Vyia, Linux OS.
Work with automation services and platforms
Ensure systems availability, performance, and first & second level of support.
Troubleshooting and analysis for finding the root cause of issues
Scripting and coding
Analyze incidents trouble tickets received by phone or e-mail in BH.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of the incidents.
