• University Degree;
• Solid experience in Supply Chain/procurement roles (sourcing experience) with excellent negotiation skills;
• SAP knowledge;
• Microsoft Office proficient;
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools is considered an advantage.
• German is considered an advantage.

• Deliver productivity and working capital objectives ensure supplier performance to meet quality and delivery objectives support leaders; create sourcing plans and strategies;
• Support business for sourcing scope needs for projects (pursuit and execute) or site;
• Handle supplier selection, RFQ (Request for quotation) and RFI (Request for Information) processes;
• Negotiation, contracting and supplier performance processes work with internal sourcing, business and other partners for procure to payment process;
• Improve working capital through payment terms extensions, inventory, and lead time reductions.
