E-commerce Operation Specialist

For our client, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, we are looking for an E-commerce Operation Specialist, within the e-Commerce Department.

- BFA/BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field;
- 3-5 years relevant experience in working product configuration;
- Proficient English writing skill, oral communication skill and result-driven orientation;
- Proficient team-working spirit and project management experience;
- Knowledge in digital marketing or E-Commerce campaign, marketing planning and strategies.

- Assist campaign manager to dеvelop onlinе cаmpаign plan (Nеw product Lаunch/ promotion etc.);
- Coordinаte аnd coopеratе with othеr tеam membеrs to implement cаmpаign project properly;
- Make market analysis on the campaign information and regularly formulating summary reports;
- Make summary report for each campaign and come up with the improvement suggestion;
- Managing content publishing, curating, tagging etc;
- Welcoming new members to the platform;
- Participating judiciously in new on-line discussions;
- Reaching out to 3rd party influencers appropriately;
- Communicating changes in policy, tools etc.
