- Tehnical University Degree;
- Good spoken and written interaction in English;
- Proficient MS Office user;
- Ability to focus on results and solve problems;
- Previous experience in Process Engineering;
- Printing experince - would be a plus;

- Analyze and track process waste; waste in this context means material waste as well as time losses;
- Redesign of workflows and processes;
- Design and improve workplace;
- Perform trainings and workshops on loss analysis and loss reduction and methods in multifunctional teams;
- Manage organizational changes, targeting improved workflows and speed improvements;
- Initiate equipment improvements;
- Support worker bonus system;
- Project management in loss reduction, team meetings, maintain action plans;
- Publish project KPi´s;
- Involvement in QA analysis in different QA incidents
