    Requirements

    Focused and organized person, dedicated, positive thinker, solution oriented
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with other employees and customers
    Nice-to-have experience in an IT company
    Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures, financial reporting – school level
    Excellent English language skills
    Advanced MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word)
    Bachelor’s Degree or terminal year – Academy of Economic Studies (Business Administration, International Business and Economics) would be a plus; Psychology, Sociology or related field

    Responsibilities

    You will have the following tasks with a different recurrence (monthly, weekly or daily):

    ADMINISTRATIVE
    Create, review, modify and translate documents using Microsoft Office Package
    Sign for and distribute courier packages
    Provide support in marketing activities such as: rebranding, business cards
    Office purchases, communication with suppliers
    Booking flight tickets & accommodation
    Other tasks assigned by the management team

    FINANCIAL
    Issue monthly activity reports and follow up on the approval process
    Monthly preparation of the documents for the accounting department (invoice registration, protocol notes, cash book, travel docs, etc) under the supervise of the Operations Manager

    HR
    Drafting employment contracts, additional documents, attestations, certificates, liquidation notes, recommendations, confirmations to the bank, PFA contracts, any other document in order to engage/terminate working activity of the employees
    Planning & monitoring the contact with the employees regarding any legislative change with a direct impact in the field of activity
    Monitoring the tasks that are in progress and timesheet management & compliance
    Organizing team building events or any casual team gatherings
