    Requirements

    2-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred).
    8-10 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development.
    Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams, work in different cultures, and manage contingent workers working onsite/offsite.
    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
    Advanced project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum.
    Advanced written and verbal English communication skills are a must.

    Responsibilities

    Own the Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios.
    Manage a team of highly experienced DevOps IT professionals responsible for overseeing the deployments area for a portfolio of both front-end and back-end applications including critical and regulatory ones.
    Work closely with senior stakeholders and Program Managers to deliver agreed scope, through managing analysis activities.
    Provide tools and services to help product management and project teams manage and deploy releases into production.
    Provide leadership, planning, prioritization, scheduling and effective implementation for agreed IT initiatives on roadmap as well as application support and enhancements.
    Manage the performance of the team and individuals to achieve objectives.
    Actively contribute to total performance process and hiring framework, conducting interviews with candidates.
