    Cerinte

    Bachelor's degree
    1-2 years of work experience(preferable operational experience in customer service)
    Advanced computer skills
    Excellent communicational skills
    Proeficient in english

    Responsabilitati

    Ensure that orders are captured correctly and processed within the agreed time frames
    Effectively comunicate with the customer regarding any changes to the orders
    Responsible for receiving, following up, in some cases resolving and the upon authorization from the resolution owner
    Analyze and produce reports on volume, value and trend on service level
    Follow up the master data for customers
    Optimize orders where logistical efficiency is required
