University graduate in IT or economic field
2 -3 year experience as Project Manager
Very good communication skills, extraverted personality type
Previous experience in ERP implementation
English – advanced level both written and spoken
Able to organize both his/her activity and the team, set and plan the activity accordingly
Customer focus
Previous experience in SAP implementation would be a plus
PMP or PRINCE 2 would be an advantage
Excellent project management and people management abilities

Validate project road-map and insure the delivery according to project deadlines
Mediate the communication between the client and the implementation team
Organize the activity of the implementation team
Provide consultancy for the ERP implementation projects
Coordinate and organize the consultants team allocated for the project
Risk assessment and management for ongoing projects
