    Requirements

    You come with:

    • An advanced level of Italian;
    • An advanced level of English;
    • Availability to work 5 days/week, on a full-time/part-time schedule.
    • Good internet connection and a functional computer/laptop (preferably).

    Responsibilities

    A day in Conectys:

    • You will be our primary interface between our client and end-users, offering customer and technical support for native
    English/Italian clients via phone, e-mail, or chat;
    • Troubleshoot reported issues or queries in detail to diagnose customer’s issue and provide an appropriate solution;
    • Respond to all customers inquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines;
    • Assist our customers with prompt, friendly, and accurate help through all required channels.
