Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Marketing, Business or similar field;
In-depth knowledge of paid advertising terms and concepts;
Detailed knowledge of advertising platforms;
The ability to set up and optimize paid search/display campaigns, based on specific goals;
Good knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to produce and interpret all types of reports (standard and custom) in order to create and optimize campaigns;
Strong writing proficiency and content creation skills (for ads and landing pages);
Analytical skills, critical thinking, the ability to objectively analyze information and make rational decisions based on it;
The ability to receive informed feedback and use it to improve the quality and performance of work;
Strong attention to details;
The ability to easily adapt to new situations;
Research and problem-solving skills;
Excellent time management skills;
Excellent teamwork skills.
Participate in implementing effective paid advertising strategies;
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of advertising channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads. Facebook Ads, etc.);
Write engaging and concise ad copy and landing pages to boost conversion rates;
A/B testing ad creatives, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions;
Keyword research and management (analyze search terms list, add PPC keywords and negative keywords);
Measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns by reporting on key performance indicators (CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, etc.), while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimize campaigns;
Review competition strategies, strengths, and opportunities;
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the company ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, search and display advertising.
