Internship Summary
The Media Production intern will work with our Partnership Coordinator to plan and develop strategy and materials that tell the story of Word Made Flesh Romania in order to advocate for the vulnerable and develop new partnerships. The intern will work with graphic design for print and digital productions. The will develop photography and videography for particular WMF Romania projects.

Qualifications/Education and Experience

• Currently studying for or graduated with studies in graphic design or media production
• Energetic individual who enjoys connecting on social media and wants to gain expertise and skills in organizational communication for development and advocacy
• Excitement for storytelling and advocacy through graphic design,  photography, and/or videography
• Knowledge and experience of photography and/or videography
• An awareness of WMF Romania’s current style and image
• A portfolio exhibiting current expertise
• Regularly contributes to various social media networks
• Motivated and responsible individual able to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
• Collaborates well with a team
• A heart for supporting a growing missional community in seeking a better future for vulnerable children

Community Involvement
Interns will spend approx. 20 hrs a week on:

• Community prayer
• Formation reading and discussion
• Language acquisition
• Intentional interaction and service among the vulnerable

Terms and Conditions

• Worksite Location: Galati, Romania
• Full-time: 40 hours a week
• This is a support-based internship; staff commit to raising support for their salary and expenses
• Weekly Romanian language tutoring will be expected in order to fulfill responsibilities
