As a PD Projects’ Coordinator you will prepare and follow-up On-going Product development Projects for our organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

University Diploma (preferable in Engineering or Marketing or Economics);
Working experience of 3 year into a similar position, in a Food & Drinks Factory will be a plus;
Strong project and time management skills, detailed oriented;
Strong Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Microsoft Project (Photoshop will be a plus);
Strong verbal & written communications skills (good interpersonal skills);
Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing materials (especially packaging: glass, paper/carton, plastic, etc);
Foreign languages: English (any second language will be a plus);
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to obtain results, consistently meet deadlines and produce accurate work;

Main responsibility

Oversee all projects thorough the NPD system, execute, monitor & administer the product development process, from concept phase to launch, and ensure compliance to schedule and required timeframe of each project;
Prepare requirements’ list for development process flows, communicate daily with internal and external team, prioritize work and coordinate efficient working of cross functional team;
Monitor all aspects of products, including correct prototype samples are being produced and esnure for all of them compliance to standards (manufacturing & quality) and legal requirements;
Ensure all projects adhere to the product development process, all check points on product develoment process are followed and all paperwork and activities are completed according to internal procedure;
Identify all issues and coordinate with team to resolve them effectively to achieve all objectives, according to each project plan;
Prepare and follow-up budget for all projects;
Monitor final product cost throughout development process and propose remedial action to keep within budget, highlighting where required;
Prepare daily and monthly report of all NPD projects and distribute according to RACI list;
Secondary responsibility
Monitor input/outputs into Post-Lunch Review Phase from/to all departments & external focus group;
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products and key competitors within each product category;
Maintain and share with colleague, personal knowledge of all relevant procedures, licenses and restrictions.
