Global Cash Operational Support Analyst with French

We are hiring a Global Cash Operational Support Analyst with French! This job is for our client, a Shared Service Center which acts as a global solution center for one of the largest European financial groups. They provide high-quality professional services for more than 35 countries in various fields of activity – Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, IT and Corporate Operations. Perfect Candidate

• Proven experience in customer support
• Expertise in the banking sector – would be an advantage
• Advanced level of English and French
• Fluency in German and / or Spanish – would be a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Customer oriented attitude

The Global Cash Operational Support Analyst will be responsible for processing and managing customer requests and providing assistance on the tool.

• Centralize requests from customers (calls and emails)
• Introduce customer requests in the ticketing tool
• Diagnose incidents and participate to the incident handling process according to the procedure
• Trigger alerts
• Escalate incidents to the services responsible for resolving them
• Update and manage the incident tracking database
• Install products for customers (in France and internationally) when they request it
• Train users regarding the services of the Global Cash range when the customer requests it (in France and internationally)
• Suggest procedures and process improvements related to the activity.
