    Let’s meet if you have these skills:

    • Student or University degree;
    • Able to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines is fundamental;
    • Confident, ambitious, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
    • Communication, presentation and negotiation skills – proven track record of closed deals and/or partnerships;
    • Highly organized, analytical, task focused;
    • Able to work across multicultural environments;
    • Very good command of English;
    • Advanced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Responsabilitati

    What will you do in our team?

    • Assessment of each delivery need based on shopping events/ stock level/ future restrains in delivery/availability at supplier with internal Product Manager & P&G capability;
    • End-to-end ordering process for all/cross categories;
    • Centralization, follow-up, issuance of invoices, facilitate availability of information for registering of invoices (merchandise, contractual, extra-contractual) between Finance and Commercial Team;
    • Solving blocked invoices/receptions/delivery situations;
    • Communicating with category and supplier for complaints/situations coming from Customer Care;
    • Listing creating and parametrization;
    • Documentation facilitation;
    • Line-up check with P&G and Product Manager for up to date range;
    • Contractual campaigns submitted by P&G after Category Manager approval;
    • Voucher project management: align the execution with P&G and categories, set the mechanism, follow-up on implementation, visibility, report generation to P&G for approval and discount, share information with category to include in overall discount;
    • Contractual reports requested by P&G, ad-hoc reports requested by P&G or internally.
