We would like our new colleague to have some experience in IT recruitment, at least 1-2 years, and is a fast learner and a team player. English language knowledge is a plus since we are a multi-cultural team (If not, you will learn with us).

Your role will mainly consist of:

• Interacting with clients to understand the needs of recruitment and maintains contact with them throughout the recruitment process;
• Defining with them which is the most suitable recruitment strategy;
• Conducting search (sourcing) activities through various channels and preselection of the best candidates;
• Conducting the behavioral and motivational evaluation of candidates through structured, competency-based interviews; verifies the references offered by them and elaborates the interview reports;
• Providing feedback to candidates involved in the process;
• Permanently updating the database of the recruitment department and produces periodic reports regarding the activity carried out;
• Providing team support and contributes to the knowledge base of the department on various recruitment / human resources topics.
